Planstone offers ala-carte pricing for all 7 of the online software modules:

Although these components are priced separately, they combine in a seamless, integrated user interface for both end users (attendees, learners) and administrators (staff).
Fees are typically quoted for an annual contract and are based on a set of factors such as the number of events, users and form types.
This includes:
- Hosting
- System Management
- Software Upgrades
- Training
- Unlimited Support
Paper Forms Services including scanned and faxed-in forms are quoted on a per-piece basis.
Fees are based on the expected number of forms (more forms = volume discount),
the complexity of the forms and the number of fields requiring handwriting transcription.
Custom programming and project work is offered at an hourly rate.
