Paper Evaluation Services
Many professionals and executives still prefer traditional paper forms for live meeting settings. Increasingly,
many others are responding favorably to web-based evaluations. Planstone works with you to determine the best method for deploying your evaluation forms, pre and post tests, answer sheets and other forms
and can even establish a hybrid system utilizing both paper and web as a migration path to greater online participation (and cost savings) in the future.
Design
Planstone's professional form specialists begin by designing
easy-to-use evaluation forms tailored to your unique requirements.
Planstone works with you to develop the ideal questions and format for optimizing feedback,
measuring outcomes and maximizing cost effectiveness.
Printing
Planstone prints all forms in-house to insure scanning compatibility and general quality. Masters go through a multi-point quality control
process prior to being sent to you for approval. Forms can be shrink-wrapped and sorted for easy on-site distribution.

Scanning
After the forms are filled out they are returned to Planstone where they are scanned, data captured, error corrected and tabulated.
Two weeks later you will receive an email with links to the finished Reports, ready for your review
and/or distribution to faculty, staff and program directors. You will also receive a login to your online evaluations archive where you can search and display current and past evaluations, run speaker and session rankings and more.
Faxing
Support for faxed-in forms is provided via a toll free fax number to our cloud-based inbound fax server farm. Unlimited inbound connections - no busy signals.
